A Quote About School Popularity... From Me · 6:16pm Sep 6th, 2016
If everybody was in equal population, every single kid would be an enemy or friend to somebody. The geeks, jocks, cheerleaders and all sorts of groups would be only one. Imagine a world like that... Wouldn't the life be sweeter?
Thing is, it doesn't matter how popular you are in school. Popularity is there to make people seem more important and high school is just a weird little world that isn't really like the real one.
Once you go into the real world... it doesn't matter how popular were.
One of the popular kids will end up jobless.
One of the geeks will end up as an actor.
One of the jocks will end up as a scientist.
I prefer to just... not care.
Popularity is facade it doesn't exist just a bunch of fake smiles and faker "friends" around you.
Popularity is a waste of time to think about. It's the people your friends with and the choices that surrounds your future and your happiness that matters.
Everyone's different. There's no equality.
Just keep as many people not hating you as possible, you never know who could turn out to be a valuable networking opportunity. Actualy being the most popular is self defeating in the long run, many people will remember you poorly out of envy if nothing else.
