I'm currently hard at work on an Android pony game. It will be something I can publish: it should be far enough away from MLP to be safe from Hasbro, while at the same time appealing directly to MLP fans with canon content that isn't locked down by copyright.
NO, IT DOESN'T FEATURE ME, NOR IS IT A CUTIE MARK ACQUISITION PROGRAM.
Currently I'm spending my time working on the sprite animations. This is one of those rare times being a jackmule of all trades actually comes in handy.
I could probably use more artistic talent than my hooves can produce, however, so if you know anypony with sprite animation experience who wants to help out with something amazingly cool (and can keep the details under wraps), that would be super awesome. The sooner I get collaborators, the sooner the final product will appear. 
Also, Mission of Mercy will likely need prereaders, so if you're interested, let me know. It's a Dark, implied-meta "stranger in Equestria" story that should land in the Hopeful category, starring Fluttershy.

How's the progress coming?Also, the only person I know with any kind of sprite experience would be Cold Spike, and I'm pretty sure he never actually made any of his own sprites lol. I'll ask him after he comes back from vacation. He's also 'been working' on his game for a long ass time now, so that's why I ask.

I've only just started, but it's coming along pretty quickly. I'm working on a mod of a popular open-source game, but making a lot of changes to the mechanics. I'm an avid player of the original so I know exactly how to mod it without making it unbalanced.
What language do you use?
I'd potentially be interested in pre-reading for your new story. What timeline did you have in mind for feedback? What sort of feedback were you looking for (copyediting for grammar vs more general thoughts on the plot, characters and writing)?

This is written in Java 1.7 through Google's Android Studio. The version of the game we've decided to fork doesn't have Gradle set up so we're going to follow what other forkers have done to add a Gradle framework. AS allows me to run directly on my tablet or phone when it's USB'd into the computer, which is pretty awesome.

My concern is the structure of the story. I'm trying to slowly introduce Fluttershy's unusual point of view toward Equestria in a non-telly way, but it's going to be third-pony subjective from Fluttershy's perspective which will naturally seem a little telly.
