Need input for a Dark Souls crossover story.

I've seen a couple of crossover stories between Dark Souls and MLP and want to do one myself, but the way I want to do it is by playing through the game, then taking the events and such that happen to me throughout the game and having that become what happens to the character throughout their adventure. I feel it would add a bit more of a Dark Souls feeling to do it this way as I could have a random invader and thus he becomes part of the story, plus there would be a LOT of dying. Let me just say I AM going to do this no matter what, I would just like some input regard who I should base the player off of as this would impact my play style, for example I couldn't be Twilight and use great swords, that just doesn't mesh, and add an interesting challenge for me. I would also like people to try and think of names or characters that I could use for if/when I get invaded.

As for the suggestions regarding the created character, I would like an interesting challenge but not something impossible, so don't request a SL1 no weapon BS playthrough, ain't gonna happen. However I am willing to listen to any request and will chose one I think sounds fun, interesting and challenging. and if this ends well I may continue into Dark Souls 2 and possibly all the to 3, but that isn't anywhere near happening yet. In conclusion give me an MLP character to build a character based on or give me a name and a fighting style to use for our created character/main character, and if you choose leave names for invaders that may show up.
