Okay, this is just getting old real fast. Already, I've seen whining and complaining about the new episode, and at least one person who I follow has offically decided to quit watching the show. This fandom has a lot of unnecessary drama. I mean, just look at what happened after Fili Vanili. Death threats were sent. Freaking DEATH threats just because Pinkie was perceived as acting out of character.
And then there were more recent episodes of this stupidity earlier this season with the duo of No Second Prances and Newbie Dash. Bashing fics, AKA author mouthpieces being written left and right, some centered even on TWILIGHT. Can't people just enjoy the show for what it is anymore?
Now this is not a message to say I'm leaving this fandom, but a message to say I'm just annoyed with certain aspects of it. I know of some of the sane people on here (Manaphy, Shamrock Clover, Summer Dancer, Matt11, etc...) but I just wish more people would follow their example and just sit back and relax to enjoy the show and not complain so much about every little thing.
Really death threats... It's just a tv show.

Alright the episode today wasn't good, personally I found it meh, but I still enjoy watching it.

I think it's safe to say despite what they may claim, they weren't true fans. Basically, what happened was it was related to how Pinkie was accidentally insensitive towards Fluttershy and her stage fright. God, I hate people that stupid.
Let's be happy we aren't the Steven universe fandom or the Thomas fandom,shits going down over there.

But trust me, you'll like the things I have in the works. If you don't like the chapter I'm currently working on, you'll love the next one after that I promise you as it features Optimus Prime in a main role.

Rainbow Dash's fanbase is full of people who are incredibly sensitive to their favorite being shown negative in any way apparently.
I mean they seem to do this any time an episode displeases them in every way, when Rarity's fanbase got a bit annoyed at some stuff in Spice Up your Life they basically commented on it, and then got over it in a day, same with Applejack's and Applejack's Day Off. Seems to most often this over reaction comes from Rainbow's fanbase. Probably because it tends to skew the youngest.
As for No Second Prances, it was hilarious for me there since I actually think I enjoyed Twilight there more than in most episodes in the last 2 seasons. Generally I feel like they've been trying to bring her old flaws back but apparently it's jarring to some people.

I know I may not love every episode, but there's always something positive about them. I just think people focus on the negative because it's more popular and easier to do so. It's a bit harder to figure out why you like it, or at least to explain. That's just my thoughts on it. I don't understand why it's gotten so much like this, but this is why I steer clear from most reviewers. {Only watch a handful sporatically.} and why I'm planning a series called 'Everything Great' with MLP episodes/movies, pointing out all the good bits and explaining aspects that are considered wins. Something a bit more positive to give the fandom, though there's still so much good here that I just overlook the neighsayers. Not to say they don't have points, some I can agree with, but I think some just take it too far.
