Excellent review, my friend. You brought up many valid points about the episode. Coming from a guy who happens to like Rainbow Dash and sees some of himself in her, it never bugged me during the times that you spoke about how bad of a character she is. Why? Because that was your opinion and you're entitled to it. The lesson here is correct and is something that many people still need to learn. People may have different opinions on characters, seasons, etc... But that's okay.

As for my thoughts on the episode itself, I thought it was alright. Never having been to a convention either, I really can't offer any insight. I will say that when I saw those pillows in there, I couldn't help but bust out in laughter. Also, Quibble might have been a bit too.... delusional for me. I mean, he gets beaten up by one of Caballeron's goons, yet still thinks that it's all a hoax. But he and Dash managed to play off of each other really well.

Overall, I'd give this episode a solid 9/10. Would watch it again.

OH FUCKING HELL! I'm one with out knowing it before hand... Supernatural. I'm a bit of a buff on the occult and will look up things about what they are hunting, oddly just to see how accurate they are when it comes to things. I don't care what season they are on, I enjoy the show regardless.

And ya Paton Oswald knows how to really sell his act, this one is my favorite from him.

4140185 I was wondering when someone else would point out how disturbingly sad that song is. But given what I've seen of Oswalt's stand-up already, I'm not surprised. And that was pretty funny.

4140222 Honestly I never found the song sad, I had the same view on it that Patton did. And my question every time I heard it was, how in the hell does any of that tie into the season? The kid basically guilt trips the guy behind him.

The ending dialogue of Quibble made me think of many exaggerated stories out there who are practically insane as well as his personality reminded me of many... MANY fans out there who are really... Like that. This episode seems yo be made as a response to the whole weird fights fans have on the fandom cause of headcannons. Everyone should be accepting to other's opinions and not go all kid saying "We can't be friends! Or youre lame" because of that since I like to think everyone here is mature enough to see that no one is the same. I liked this episode and I admit I might be like Quibble pants sometimes and more regarding to Equestria Girls and Sunset Shimmer (A character I really don't like that much)
