Back From Vacation · 2:40am Aug 7th, 2016
I'm back from my vacation to South Dakota, and boy was that a lot of fun. We stayed in a cabin at a place called Sandy Beach Resort (though it is a far cry from what comes to others' minds when they heard the word resort). When we weren't at the lake cabin fishing (which ended up with me only getting some Bluegill and one inch perch, while most of my family managed to get at least one decent sized bass, partially hooked a Northern Pike, which is surprising given that we were pier fishing, and somehow two turtles) or playing card games, we visited our family and friends we have up there, visited the homestead house built by either my grandma's grandpa or her great-grandpa in 1885, and that thing is STILL standing, went to a local South Dakota town history museum, the Terry Redlin Museum, and visited Fort Sisseton. All around we had a wonderful time.
And since I have internet access again, I can get back to editing, so if any of the authors that I am currently editing for have anything for me, send it on over to me as soon as you can.
Good to have you back! In all honesty I haven't been writing too much... vacations, vacations, those bloody vacations keep me from doing so! However the next chapter for Papa Gehrman is almost finished.
