Because I hate this 'special' colt (as the Equestrian Board of Education would describe him), I'm going to do a short story about this guy just so his introduction as a character into FIM doesn't screw up my little EG universe I'm trying to create.

I could deal with him if he didn't have such an association with Rainbow Dash. It actually angered me that Fluttershy's parents mistook her intent. She was obviously there because of the yellow Pegasus.
On the bright side, I hear that the episode made up for it by having most of Rainbow Dash's interaction be around Fluttershy.
Say, here's a funny idea. Perhaps Fluttershy should introduce her brother to a certain chaotic friend of hers.

I love shipping Dashie with other ponies but i REFUSE to see her shipped with him.

Honestly I kind of like Zephyr as a character, because there are a fair few ways in which he reminds me of myself. Though one of those ways is him being kind of pathetic... so double-edged sword I guess...
I hated his guts as well. He completely ruined the episode for me. Though I did watch it a second time (in a youtube blind commentary as I'm an avid viewer of those), but that was a mistake because wasting ~20 minutes of your day voluntarily on something you know is shit is a terrible feeling.
I hate him as a person and as a character, but I did like how the episode pretty much confirmed Flutterdash was canon!
