Sad events have rocked our world lately: terrorism in France, Donald Trump being a thing in the United States, a never-ending rash of murders in Israel, racist shootings in the United States.

But one thing above all robs our lives of the light, levity, and burning flame that are the birthright of every beating heart. One month ago, Ask Hotblooded Pinkie Pie closed down. This was the inspiration behind basically everything involving ponies I've ever done.

Later, buddy. We'll love you forever, until the universe comes around again and the Pinkie Phoenix rises from the flames once more.

Our Pinkie is gone. But she'll be right here on our flanks, and here in our hearts! SHE'LL LIVE ON AS A PART OF US!
