    New Story out now!

Hey everyone! Remember that thing I said I'd be doing a while back? Well... Here it is!

    Hey guys! What's new?

So, I haven't been here in a good long while. I got the writing itch a while back, specifically for ponies and my old Betaverse fics. I might have something in the pipeline. I've got a few questions I'd like to ask the general pony-reading audience if you don't mind. Just so I can see if my writing style should be tweaked a bit for the modern audience.

    Stardrop's Lackluster Ending

Hello everyone. I know I've been away for a while, but that's due to me deciding to finish stories before I post them to revise, edit, and alter them to give you all better stories to read. I don't feel free to do so when I post stories live. This results in me getting frustrated with how a story is shaping up and then dropping it. That wasn't a problem when I was younger, but it's become one as

Anyone know artists who do illistrations for stories?

I'm low key working on a story which I intend to complete before posting. I'm enjoying being able to go back and improve, tweak, and change things to make the best possible version of the story, and it's nice to not feel like I am bound to a strict schedule of uploads.

A metatextual analisis of "The Bureau: XCOM Declassified" to show how it fits in the series timelines

A lot of people like the rebooted XCOM series, and a lot of people also insist its lore is bad/nonexistent. This isn't true in my opinion, but is the product of the game that sets up the world for the series having been released a year after the first game in the series as a prequel, and also it sucks ass to play. The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is not a good game. At all. The story is really good,

Can I ask for a small favor from you? · 10:44am Jun 30th, 2016

I'm sure you are all enjoying Lyra-7% so far, and you guys thank me for it in the comments, directly and indirectly, almost every chapter. I appreciate that more than you know, but I must confess that I'm half the team bringing you your fiction.

My spelling is atrocious, and I tend not to notice if I flub word order. So without my editor, Popmannn, my stories wouldn't be nearly as polished, and maybe less entertaining. Popmannn's been helping me for free, for almost an entire year now. I think he's owed a little for all that help on every single one of my stories since offering to edit for me when I was mid way through Across the Sea of Time.

He'll see this at some point today due to me tagging Lyra-7% with this blog post. It would be cool if he could see some thank yous for being willing to edit multiple chapters a week for you guys.

Yeah, editing can be a very rough job, and isn't nearly appreciated enough.

You do a great job, Popmannn.

Certainly, I would've thanked him already if I'd known of him. So, thank you Popmannn, you help bring these stories to us and for that I'm grateful.

i can't stand reading something with horrible spelling or grammar, thanks for making Meep's stories readable so that i can enjoy them Popmann.

I enjoy Meep's story a great deal. And I tend to go crazy about spelling and grammar every so often.

So thank you, Popmann, for all of your work.

Keep on being a boss, Pop. Lord knows we need people like you, ya beautiful, editorial bastard :pinkiehappy:

Excellent work on all the stories, Popmann. Or is it Popmannn? I always thought your username was spelled with two n's, not three.

I've know you been there the whole time, I thank you for that.
(was considering making my whole post a mess to annoy you XD)

You may feel as if you helping one person, but not quite. You're helping all of us readers, being the mediator between creativity and quality.
(quality grammar, not quality creativity, meep doos that.)

Popmann is a hotmann, Almighty of Editors and he-who-saves-the-there's. Popmanns holy wordcheckin saves many from the abyss of bad grammar where stories fear to tread and the screams of horror and unreadability are heard non-stop.

So thanks Popmann.

Ink for the ink god, quills for the quill throne!

Fun Fact: I'm Sky Trigger.

"WHAT THE CRAAAAAAAAAP!" :pinkiegasp::rainbowderp::twilightoops:

4058828 It's true, I did use his OC in my stories as a thank you :P

4058828
No...No...That's not true...
That's impossible!

4059200 I both appreciate and thank you for the Star Wars reference. :ajsmug:

4059222
Was literally the only thing I could think of after reading your comment :twilightsheepish:
Anyway, keep doin' what you do, buddy. :derpytongue2:

Well of course! I know editing can be a pretty tough job. (I go through my chapters at least a dozen times after writing them to check for the little things and even still miss some!) So yess popmannn you are awesome! Without all your help for Meep we wouldn't all be so awesomely crazy! Thanks for all the help you give our fellow changeling. :pinkiehappy:

Thank you for your editing work Popmann.
