Heyo and welcome to my little corner of this delightfuly swood technicolor hell, there's cookies and punch by the door.
A little bit about me, I'm 18, I recently graduated high school, I'm enlisted as a future soldier in the US Army, and I have creative interests that span a little all over the place
I have creative ambitions for music, art, writing, and if luck and willpower strikes well, animation and videogames
But I'm gonna be honest here, my progress in all those arenas has been rather sticky, I still don't know some of the more vital fundamentals of art and music, and I haven't written a solid piece of words about the idea I have in my head aside from a crap-ton of notes
I also want to get back into reading, I had so much fun with that when I was a kid...
Soo, to attempt to summarize myself concisely I consider myself a polymath in training, sorta
If you look through my previous blog posts-
(Seriously, bravo to you actually bother to read through my old, cringy blog posts, I won't delete then though, ) - there are fragments and partial pieces floating up from this ambitious, badass idea I've had swimming around in my head for the better part of... fuck...THREE YEARS
I put a forum post on My Little Remix a while back and one guy seemed to be interested in this, but to be completely honest I want to find friends. I want to find some people I can just screw around with, have fun with, or something like that. Not just 'professional' friends. Not that the other guy is just a professional friend, it's just, I haven't really talked to him in a while
Funny, I've been in and around this Fandom for a while now, and I haven't kept that many friends...
Maybe I'm just an antisocial motherfucker, because I do have friends, but I don't talk to them, it's kinda bizarre (something tells me that particular scenario isn't uncommon...)
And, friends can help me a lot, and I can help my friends too. Learning, collaboration, play, memes, and all that good stuff
Anyhow, that's all I can think of for now, I'll add some more if I want later-
I'm due for a computer upgrade soon, so if anyones interested in gaming or interested in collaboration, I'm game, Owo

Yep I suppose... I get that though, its... a weird thing being afraid to talk to others, especially since you have a computer screen essentially giving you some degree of anonymity.

Just popping into forums or a specific chatroom (or fic comments) is a bit better. Most of my issues here stem from asking editors to help after having 3 of them flake out or not being very interested in the writing. It's gotten to the point where I decided to write a fic that's pretty much 90% self wank since if I don't expect people to read it, at the very least I should entertain myself. (Diary of the Dead)
Niche topic, but I get to nerd myself out with stuffing in stupid shit.
And concerning Tf2, I don't play as often because for some reason there's never coldfront servers. I like coldfront. : ( Plus, I'm out of country. Ping might be pretty terrible.
Plus, I have a bad habit of going, "Just one more life"
Also, go read all the stories by Lord of Dorkness. He inspired some of the themes for my fic. I managed to worm my way into editing a good number of them. I use the privilege by reading half-finished notes for fun.
