I found a comment on deviantART I made a few years ago. Let's revisit it and see if it actually holds up!
This is the perfect villain. Not saying Fluttershy is a villain, but everything here, if combined, will grant you a perfect villain.
Mocking:
She laughs at your failed efforts to defeat her. She loves watching you fruitlessly attack her while she just yawns and giggles.Violent Laughter:
Sadistic as all hell. All humans have a tiny bit of everything inside them, including anger, regret, sadness, or in this case, insanity.Licking Lips:
Eating in the villain industry is an art. You can't just eat anything willy-nilly: you have to eat evilly.Exposed Disgust:
She hates you and all the babyish things you try to do in order to stop her. She's disgusted by your very presence.Looking down on Somebody:
She knows she's better than you in every imaginable way, thus she looks down upon you like you were an insect. What a bitch.Secret Trait: Deception:
Nothing is more evil than pretending to be good before getting back-stabbed. A feeling of betrayal than washes over you as she laughs.
...yeah, I'd say that held up pretty well!
