So, in the midst of writing on and off, I've taken up drawing again... It's been a curve, but I've pushed myself to draw at least one thing a day.
After binge-watching WOY for two weeks, I got bored and doodled some stuff. 
I sketched and inked a picture of one of my fave DC girls, Harley Quinn. Drawing her always make feel better.
To celebrate SU's (brief) return from hiatus, I drew a Pearl.

I only started back up a month ago, so I know I'm not as good as I could be, but I know that with practice I can become better. The only reason I show you this now is because it's OK to not be good at something. It's ok to enjoy doing something, even if you're not good at it. In the wise words of Jake the Dog:
This can apply for anything. Writing, playing an instrument, or even just throwing darts at a board. It's OK to suck at something. 'Cause that doesn't mean that you have to stop doing it, especially when you have room for improvement.
And to all the new writers: if you hate what you make, don't stop writing. Write what feels natural. Ask others for help. Practice. Read a lot. Know your story and your characters. Visualise things. Observe. Reward yourself - and don’t get discouraged. Write from your heart. And never feel bad for taking a break. Writing works like the seasons; there will be times when you will be bountiful with fruit and times when you need to replenish the land in order to allow for more growth and healthy production.
In short, DON'T BE AFRAID TO SUCK AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO BE CREATIVE.
