More art! But not from me (as the lower right corner clearly shows.) Won an art raffle, and IJAB was awesome enough to draw some Sassaflash for me (plus her possible-EqG version!) Sassy just doesn't get enough love. Heaven knows why Caramel gets so much attention.

Caramel has had a little more presence then her, being name dropped in season one. He was one of the few named stallions of that season, so it makes sense he's gotten some attention. As for why Sassaflash hasn't gotten nearly as much, well, the fandom is very selective apparently on what is popular and most of that was season 1 background characters... and only some of them....

WARNING... Major nerd rant below.
Has he had more presence than her? I mean, aside from that bit in the Winter Wrap Up episode, the CMC song (which she stars alongside him), Sass has had lots of moments in the show. She was in the bowling scene with the CMC, she was dressed up as Cleopatra in the Luna Eclipsed Nightmare Night episode, she was one of the ponies who stole Smarty Pants, she shakes a hoof at Caramel in the finale where Twilight becomes a princess, she croaked like a smoker in that episode where Dashie has the Wonderbolts exam to study for...
Caramel may be as visible (possibly even moreso), but IMO Sass has had more interesting appearances... Like, I can't remember him beyond Winter Wrap Up, the CMC Hearts and Hooves Song, the Twilicorn finale, and a brief moment where he gets his cutie mark back during the season 4 finale. In none of these did he do anything that particularly stood out to me...
I mean, come on! Cleopatra! Bowling! SMOKER VOICE.

4025745 While yeah, she's had more appearances, I can't help but think the 'overall' brony fandom has a very select number of ponies it wants to focus on. Yes, it's a shame since some ponies get left behind.
I mean, Sassy Saddles barely got any fics and doesn't get a lot of art and she's one of my favorite season 5 characters. Same with Fashion Plate. It's not fair.
