Foreshadowing in "Spice Up Your Life"

In the opening of Spice Up Your Life, when Twilight and Starlight use their magic to "fix" the map in the throne room of the Castle of Friendship, the map shows several possible missions before settling on Rarity and Pinkie Pie in Canterlot. These included:

- Fluttershy and Twilight in Appleloosa
- Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash in Las Pegasus
- Rainbow Dash and Twilight in Yakyakistan
- Twilight and Twilight in Twilight's castle

Throwaway lines? Foreshadowing? Will any of these missions be part of the 2nd half of Season 6? Or will energetic authors write them up before the show can even get to them?
