Okay, people, there's no way around it. Actually, I'm Dead has reached a point where a cover art is needed. All in all, even when it gets finished, without an actual cover art instead of the screen cap it has, it won't be complete.
Of course, neither me or Nightwalker have money to offer, so all we can offer are insane amounts of gratitude. Whoever who answers the call, he's doing it for the art (and the aforementioned insane amounts of gratitude).
Those interested--- Okay, I'm not that optimistic. If there's someone interested, you can either comment on this blog-post or PM me. I'd like to see some examples of previous works to see if the style fits. If we agree on style, I'll send back the concept for the cover art as reply.

It's been so long since the last time I draw something.
I have been busy recently but I really want to go back to do artworks. I could do it, but I don't have much free time to spare so it would take a while depending on how complex you want it to be.
If you have no deadline nor problem about waiting a bit for it, I'll do it

Okay, here's the prime concept. I would really like a "caped and covered in shadows" image, like a Batman cover. Trixie wearing the black cape from the canon episode, plus the Alicorn Amulet. The important part is that Trixie can't be seen, hidden in shadows, so it keeps the "faded identity" theme of the fic (therefore the "caped and covered in shadows"). Maybe keep her eyes only, floating in the darkness. In reverse, I do want the Amulet to be clearly visible to reflect its influence in the plot. I do like the idea to dark tones dominating the pallete, like the background of If only I could remember.
More in general, I'm thinking on something like this cover for The Spectre. But again, I'm not all in for the negative space, so maybe a coloring like this page of Phantom Stranger (left bottom corner).
