Gazing has become a very serial experience, even having episodes with beginnings, ends, and middles. It's come with some lessons, some harsher than others. The second episode was much better received then the first, for sure, and #3 wasn't bad at all!
But what will be #4? Let's do a vote!
1: Indigo wants to help
2: Cherry gets a train!
3: Princess Celestia visits her newest guests
4: TG&P Trixie agrees to meet these seaponies with some hesitation
5: Cherry and Indigo visit Manehatten with Rarity
TRAIN!!! Cherry deserves a train. That is all.
1 & 2 are already to easy.
3. It's way to early for that, let them grow and explore more in the Dry. Like going to different cites and places maybe even events. Most likely how about they go to Canterlot when the Gala happens?
4. Yes I want to see that in the next episode
5. Yes and many other places as well like The Crystal Empire!

2. Luna meets them in their dreams. Like later in the story Cherry is upset because the train isn't work or Indie went on a date?
3. Cherry inventing new legs for Sea-ponies!
4. Cherry gets jealous when mares are trying to get Indie to date them. Because of a fantasy romantic story
5. History & Lore for Sea Ponies
6. A villain from the sea challenges are heroes?
7. A King of Alantis character and capital for Sea Ponies?
8. Are heroes go to see the Sea Ponies?

While visiting Manehattan , Cherry tries to get an old train with Indigo's help.
She fails and following Twilight letter , Celestia comes to visit the two and gives a train to Cherry.
Cherry then return proudly to Ponyville on her train , and TGP Trixie agree to meet her because somepony who own her personnal train is obviously somepony important.

In an unrelated note, why don't we have a horsechopper/ponychopper weapon in Ponyfinder yet? I had to negotiate with my DM to get one.
I didn't even realize the chapters were supposed to be in an episodic format.... lol. Maybe doing something with the chapter naming to help identify the separate "episodes" would be a good thing? as for the question, I think meeting Celestia is too early, and I don;t think Twilight, or anyone else for that matter, would hand her/buy her a train, working or not. I think getting Indigo some way of moving on land should be up there, even if it's not something as technical as mechanical legs (like one of those sets of wheels they put on paraplegic pets) and finding a way for Indie to be helping. Trixie would also be a good possibility, perhaps having Trixie meet them, shenanigans ensue, said shenanigans give Cherry time to develop something for Indie to move around. Manehatten would definitely have to wait until Indie is able and comfortable to move on his own.

A curious Celestia pops in for a chat and, over the the course of it, gets wind of Cherry's train dreams. Well, Celly's a princess, she knows where the defunct trains are - or knows the people who do - and presto! A train for Cherry!
Wait... That would be too easy, wouldn't it?
Cherry should have to fight Celestia for the right to have a train a la "American Gladiators." Yeah! That would be perfect.

I think cherry should get a train, just so she can upgrade from legs, to Mech, on her way to Emperor Titan.
Meanwhile Indigo can have a wheelchair, then an A1, on his way to driving a Bolo.
Don't give the readers the power. Follow your heart.
3951029 It's not like I didn't make the choices.
(1) Option 1 makes no sense until you introduce a problem for Indigo to help with.
(2) You already promised Cherry a train, so that should be going on in the background of whatever else happens.
(3) Since Celestia is interested enough in this situation to send Twi a prophesy (which is still unfulfilled, I should point out), it would make sense for her to come visit and see how things lie.
(4) Trixie, as Starlight's friend, should be introduced at some point, but she is not especially relevant until you make a plot that requires her.
(5) Manehattan is boring, and so is Rarity when she's in Manehattan.
Therefore, I vote for option 3.
