Dammit all to Hell. · 10:06pm May 16th, 2016
Hey guys, girls, genderneutrals, and others who are my fans and readers.
Good news. I'm not getting shipped off today. You're stuck with me until August 29th. Due to a sprain I had on my ankle, the military deemed me too injured to be shipped off to boot camp today. Because of that, I had to renegotiate my contract for a new job and this particular new job that has no incentive packages like my previous one did, meaning no more 6,000 dollar cash bonus and no more Airborne training. Yay.
As you can probably imply from the title and my general attitude, I am still pretty salty about this because of how fresh/raw this "wound" is.
However, despite my present attitude, I am actually happy that I can continue writing and trying to finish the Chrysalis arc. Thus I'm taking the story off Hiatus and am gonna do what I can again to get it done. Unfortunately, knowing my dad, he's either gonna want me to take classes or get a job over the summer.
Still, lets see just how far I can get!
Well, at least your failed entry into the armed forces has a better reason behind it than mine.
I was priming for being sent off to Air Force basic training, when I get a call saying I've been PDQ'd - permanently disqualified - from joining the Air Force or any branch of the Armed Forces... because their shrink diagnosed me with Asperger's Syndrome.
If you don't know what that is, look it up. Then tell me if that's a reasonable excuse for PDQ'ing me.

I just googled the basic definition and that doesn't seem like it'd be a problem as long as you got a job that worked to the syndrome's strengths. If anything, making certain tasks a habit should be a good thing. Anyways, I'm sorry to hear that that happened to you.
I'm... actually not quite sure how to respond to this. I guess I'll settle for a with a little bit of
