Mayhew Cullen

Forged from the eldest fires and cast upon the seething shore, broken and remade, alive and dead. We are killer and monster, savior and saint. Now I am become writer, creator of worlds.

    Again?

Well true believers and other nonsensical monsters, it has happened again. Okay yeah I've been less active in recent times but-my stories are still somehow getting love.

Love in this case is on specific soul who has made a YouTube reading of "A Mother's Love: The Directors Cut"!

    New Year, New Styles

Suffice it to say my life is becoming the mess, but all is not lost. I have good friends, a tiny portion of my family still likes me, and Everfree Northwest is going to be great this year.

    I Live! Sort of...

Um... yeah. To say the least I am still alive, my story ideas are still fumbling about in my skull, and I will be attending Everfree Northwest with my delightful niece, who is more like a brony than I think she understands. She draws ponies, makes up stories about ponies, and analyzes the show when we watch together... in so much as she asks why things are hapening and what different ponies mean

Yes... it is over for this year... so lets go over the good, the bad, and the ugly from this year's Everfree Northwest.
First Luna is best at socks!

Lets start with the ugly... um... my empty arsed wallet. Also... my empty stomach for the next week or so...

The Bad!... my empty arsed wallet...and I was too tired to kidnap Foalsy... I mean what?

Any whey, the Good! I have all the fun merch! I got many autographs... Um, I talked for a long time with so many vendors and I got... some pictures of cosplayers, also a Nightmare Moon attacked me, as an apology she let me take a picture of her and her impressive wingspan So that was neat...

Foalsy's panel inspired me to write a couple things, one I was thinking of a kind of post cutiemark chronicles thing... Basically the events for the girls just after they get their cutiemarks. Like how did rarity get home from the jewel filled rock, or what were the repercussions of just wandering back to town with a fortune in jewels. Or what happened to Fluttershy, did she get back to flight camp? Was she abandoned? Any whats-it my other one is actually the source of my one really bad thing that happened.

The actual bad! I should have gotten a commission of Traveling Fluttershy. I am inspired to write the origin of Traveling Fluttershy but I realized at the closing ceremonies that I should have asked for a commission from one of the artists to draw my little alternate reality Fluttershy. Oh well next year, it will give me something to look forward to, unless I get many moneys and decide to order a commission online.

All in all, I had a great time though, I talked to some great people(Like some awesome musicians and some singers), I embarrassed myself in front of G.M. Berrow... I have a little trouble recognizing people, even if I've seen their pictures in the past five minutes. So I go up to G.M. Berrow and have to ask if it's her because she changed her hair color after the con book's picture of her was taken. Still she was really nice about it and I got to complement her on the new color and she signed my book. Yay! I missed out on a Fausticorn print(It was the end of Sunday and they sold out of that one. Still I got an awesome Luna pic instead so... yeah)

Oh and one of my favorite panels was the VIP Radio Play featuring Peter New, Andrea Libman, and others... perfect memory is hard, If I look them up I'll be able to figure it out. Any whey they did scenes from Princess Bride. Two scenes featured Andrea as Fluttershy as Inigo Montoya. The cliff side fight scene versus Silver Spoon as the man in black and the fight against Donald Trump as Count Rugen as Donald tiny hands Trump. All I have to say on that is, "Fluttershy is best Inigo." I might see about getting a commission of that too. "Hello, my name is Fluttershy Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die... if it wouldn't be too much trouble..."

I'll see you all at the next chapter and hopefully at the next Everfree Northwest.
