3910319 Ai Sul is indeed influenced by Hexadecimal, but also by V (from V for Vendetta), who are of course both influenced by mister Mad, Bad, and Dangerous To Know himself, Lord Byron.

I've been pushing around ideas for a Chrysalis-centric short taking place after Cartography's epilogue in my head (and only in my head, I gotta do this writing first!), and also a far-future-Apotheverse short. If it turns out to be worthwhile I may also do a narrative AAR of a Stellaris game once that comes out, buuuut that's probably going to be more trouble than it's worth.
