I wish more people could have that kind of attitude towards trans people, it would make our lives a lot easier. Sweetie Belle proves here that just because you don't understand something doesn't mean you should demonize it.
Also, I've noticed most people think being trans is all about crossdressing and going into a different bathroom. This is so far from the truth, it's ridiculous. It's all about being seen and treated as the gender with which we identify. "If you wanna be a filly, then that's what you'll be" is the kind of attitude we seek.
Just got done reading this and I have to fully agree I too wish more people had more respect and love towards those that are transgender. I see nothing wrong at all with wanting to be who you where and are meant to be. I agree that we as a society need to act and treat those that are different with more love and compassion than what we are currently treating them as.
