Pre-orders for a printed copy of Of Horses And Whorses will end at mightnight (UK time). If you want a copy, please send me a PM which tells me your country and whether you would like a signed or unsigned copy.
At the time of posting this, I had 14 already: 1 from the UK, 2 from the Czech Republic and 11 from the USA. The UK buyer won't need to worry so much about postage, as First Class Signed For is relatively cheap. However, I would like to at least offer some cheaper options for the non-UK buyers.
You have 3 choices for delivery: Economy, Standard or Tracked.
* Economy, as the name suggests, is the cheapest option — but it doesn't come with tracking and it also has the longest delivery estimate (42 days for the US and 15 for the Czech Republic).
* Standard is the basic option. It is trackable while the package remains in the UK, and has a delivery estimate of 5-7 working days for the US and 3-5 working days for the Czech Republic.
* Tracked is the best, and most expensive, option. The package is fully tracked all the way to your address, but with the same delivery estimates as Standard.
When I ask for email addresses to send invoices to, I will also ask what delivery method you would prefer. I will also double-check what you would like your signed copy to say, or if you are happy with the default option:
