H.M.S. Overlady is going in for maintenance · 5:47pm Apr 15th, 2016
Sooo, I am sure that almost everyone noticed that "Overlady - Loot Equestria" more or less turned into a Nimitz-class flagship of my little conglomerate of horseword fictions, while my other works vegetate in the state of leaky dingies at best.
Nothing wrong with that you might think hn? Well, wrong. At least in my humble opinion, amongst other things.
I came to realize over the course of the last few weeks that I more or less wrote myself into a corner, even with ArreClonClipo now on board as my ever so helpful and faithful sort-off-ghost-writer-co-author-thingy.
Also I realized that I have not thought everything through NEARLY as well as I initaly thought I had. Plot holes big enough to make the Bermuda Triangle green with envy, glaring locigal mistakes that all but jump into my face and claw my eyes out with their wicked, little talons and a whole list to go longer than Methuselah´s beard.
Not to mention that even though Arre is a delight to work with, I found myself more and more unwilling to even think about how to progress Umbra´s little adventures in Equestria. You know, passive resistance.
So to bring this to a point, I will set "Overlady" on the bench for now and instead focus on my other stories "In Nomine" (which I have not updated in TWO FRIGGEN YEARS!) and "Crown of the Hive" in hopes to find my joy in writing about my favourite girl in colorful horseyland again.
As a concluding line, fret not, all of those amongst you who are eagerly waiting for "moar". There are two chapters I have more or less ready, which I will release before Umbra goes on her little, well, sabbatical.
Here´s to hoping it won´t be a real year.

There had been quite a few updates since I made this entry. Though this year, I will propably don´t upload another Overlady chapter, since I try to focus on my other stories.^^
