Last OHAW Blog Today, I Promise

I've created a survey for people who wish to own a purchased copy of the story. By filling it in, you are telling me that you want a copy — so please don't respond if you aren't interested.

It's only four questions: one asks for your name, two ask what you think of my pricing and the last one is a sort of 'comment box,' where you can... well, comment on things.

The survey will automatically close at midnight on April 11th or when 10 people respond, whichever one comes first. Ten responses might not be enough, but it will give me some idea of what people think.
