I'm afraid i don't have any good excuses for my absence. Sorry to those that actually follow the story.
I noticed two things that didn’t make any sense whatsoever in the last section of the newest chapter, so i changed them. Sorry if that resulted in lack of immersion. Should have tackled those things before publishing.
Thanks to the new tag clarifications, the question whether i should designate Everwinter as Mature or not has been answered. Explicit violence is explicitly Mature it seems. I’m still not sure about my story having that tag though. Let that be a warning to you all: Heed the age restrictions on movies and games like Predator and Quake, or else you’ll end up like me!

I feel i should make make public that i changed a few things here and there in Everwinter. Most of the changes are in regards to minor errors (apostrophes are now actual apostrophes for example!), but there have been a few content-related changes as well, the most notable of which is the fact that Swift's home is no longer an old tanner's building.
