Fallout Equestria: Black Cat chapter 1 is done. · 5:34am Apr 6th, 2016
Hey guys. Chapter one of Fallout Equestria: Black Cat has been finished and is on Fimfiction. I hope you like it. The next chapter will be out in a week. I already have quite of bit written. In fact I am now writing chapter 10. I still need to a lot of editing on the other chapters before I release them. I seem to do more writing on the current chapter than editing sadly. It shouldn't take too much time for the other chapters to be released.
My idea for this came when I started reading the original Fallout Equestria. I was thinking what would happen if created a protagonist that was the complete opposite of Littlepip. Someone that was cowardly and hated violence and threw them into this violent world and force her to be on adventures she never wanted to be on. So basically like Rincewind from the Discworld novels. I also created this story to see how many things from Fallout Equestria I could subvert, lampoon, and turn on it head.
This story isn't in first person because I didn't think it would work well with Break Point. I also wanted have scenes that Break had no part in. I think the first person perceptive can be kinda limiting and can be a little long winded. This story also is going to be quite a bit toned down from the original Fallout Equestria. I really didn't want to have hard R rated violence in this story or any of the other super violent things the original story had(Like child murder). And no F bombs because I think pony cursing is funnier. Ponies have their own way of cursing, so why not use it? I have never liked human cursing with ponies anyway.
