Mother Fics

Okay, now that I've had time to properly digest the season premiere (and consider adding an AU tag to Heavy Crown… or not) I think my main takeaway is that aside from trying to mitigate some of the "Starlight is instantly redeemed for throwing the worst temper tantrum this side of Jersey Shore" backlash is that Pinkie showed some hidden maternal depths.

Yes, I know it's been shown with her helping with the Cakes, but it hadn't really sunken it yet. Reminds me of the days of fics long past like My Little Mommies. I'm actually a bit curious now to see some fics where she herself is a mother.

Oddly enough, I also see Pinkie firmly on the asexual side of shipping (along with Applejack)
