Feeling silly, so here's a silly song.

A silly song with some profound meaning, from one of the most amazing entertainers that my humble homeland of Flanders has to offer.

(no, not the guy on the thumbnail. Though that's his long-term partner-in-crime)

All the power in the universe conspires to carry you.

This is a blast from the past...

When digging into some backups on my hard disk I stumbled on some old design notes for my first story; Fallout Equestria: The Daily Unlife, and found a song I had intended as 'credits song' to link at the end of the story.

    Fancy cover art for Nope

Because Nope's an Alicorn, and they deserve their covers to be all fancy and high-falutin'-like, I decided to put in some gold lettering and stuff.

Still same old bored Nope, though.

Nope's Little Errands: A Hellish Affair

Just toying with some ideas. For some reason, I love the idea of Nope running errands for Sunset's Isekai when she grows up.

Maybe I should've just posted this in the story? I never know what to do with things like these :ajsleepy:

"You clearly don't know who you're dealing with."

The large demon gave her a big grin. "Is that so, princess?"

In case anyone's wondering... I'm still alive. · 6:14pm Mar 22nd, 2016

So. Yeah. As some of you who've taken a closer look at my user page may know, I'm Belgian. Got some concerned messages about the mess in Brussels, so I thought I'd put this out here... I don't work anywhere close to the capital. Though I do pass through a major train station (Ghent) on the way to work. The only damage on my part was a delayed train on the way home.

Still, I'm glad my mother's still home on sick leave, or she'd been stuck in that mess. They didn't target train stations, so it's doubtful anything would've happened to her, but she'd certainly have been stuck there, since all the train stations in and around Brussels were locked down when it all went to red alert, and my own delayed train was a lingering aftereffect from that disturbance in the train schedules.

To be honest, I expected this a lot sooner. Brussels is generally seen as the heart of the European Union, and when the attack on Paris happened, a lot of people here couldn't help but wonder why it wasn't us being targeted even back then.

So, anyway... yeah. I'm still here. Kinda shellshocked, because that was seriously too close to home, but, still here.

Glad that everyone is as okay as things go, and hope you and everyone can get well soon.

It's good to hear that you're OK.

An open letter.

Dear Terrorists:
People would like you better if you'd just stop blowing things up. That'd be great, thanks.

Those son of a fucking bitch terrorists are going to pay.

Glad you're safe. Wish there was more I could do with the war on terror...

It's good to hear you weren't hurt. Hopefully things will get better.

3820769 Bad news. They don't want you to like them. They want you to be afraid of them. The objective of civilizations is to raise the trust level within a populace. The objective of terrorists is to lower it.

Oh, dear, I didn't know that you were Belgian. I'm glad that you're (mostly) okay.

Thank you for letting us know you are safe, and that you and yours were spared from harm.
