If I get wrongfully accused of rape and some bitch takes it to court, can I be deemed as guilty? There's no evidence of proving me guilty, but none of proving me innocent. It's all just one big lie. Fucking ex-best friend wants to accuse me of raping her.

So I went to go talk to Fluttergirl about this just now. Her boyfriend answers.
"Omg.. This is [INSERT BOYFRIEND NAME HERE] Tell [INSERT EX-BFF NAME HERE] shes a bitch. She wont do anything. Don't worry. Her mom smokes weed with a baby in the house. She has a record they wont believe her. She also went to the (mental) hospital."
Is what Fluttergirl's boyfriend said to me. And it is true, her mom does smoke weed, there is a baby in that house, and she did go to the mental hospital a few months ago.
I guess I shouldn't worry?
I also think this is what's holding me back from writing. All of this shit with her. It's just too much to deal with. Last night I was ready to write, but she interrupted. I just want to be free of all this. I just want to write. That's all I really want to do with my life to be honest.
ON A MUCH HAPPIER NOTE, I recently started cross-country. It's nice, another Brony on the team, a cute girl who possibly likes me. Y'know how you can just tell when someone has a crush on you? It's kinda like that. Maybe I just examine people way too much. Ah well. She's two years older than me though. A bit awk. Oh well. We'll see how that goes.
Remember how over the summer I told you guys I'd write as much as I could? Look how that turned out, lulzies. But hey, all my ideas build up, and now my stories can be near perfect. Only reason I say near, is because I know I'm not even close to becoming a good writer yet. In time, though. In time.
