Well, I have not been on here since before the contest end it, so it probably does not surprise you that I did not win. Perhaps you might be sympathetic and be bummed for me. For that I would thank you because I am bummed too. I did however, amass over $2,000 for the charity and was complemented by the site the contest was hosted on for one of the videos I made. Same video was apparently also seen by the Rick and Morty team. (Which is awesome)
Recently, I've been taking some time to also take a page from Morty's book and "get my s#!+ together". So much more attention has been paid to furthering 1) my search for paid employment, 2) Improving my vocal abilities and searching for more voice projects, and 3) improving my overall mental health.
You may have noticed that Dealing in Harmony has been put on hiatus. Those that might still care about my little Discord and Twilight stories will be pleased to know that I do intend to finish it, but I would much rather have it completely done before I start posting the rest of the story. I also have intentions to rewrite the first chapter because I am NOT very happy with it. (And while dictating this to my phone my phone decided to capitalize 'not'... it's like it knows :P )
I *do* still want to finish my series, I only fear that - since the show continues to change and the fandom does with it - by the time DiH is done nobody will care anymore.

Don't worry, your story was what got me into the ship of Twicord. If your story is good, you will keep getting people to read it. And your stories have always been great :DDDD So don't worry about it being really different from the canon storyline. It's all good! Not trying to pressure you into finishing btw. Just know that you will always have fans~
I'll still care. And I find it highly unlikely that I'll be the only one.
