Thank you, everyone, for sharing another revolution around the sun with me. 
Your friendship means more to me than I can say.
As I said last year and the year before: today is a day to smile for having survived another year. It is the day to look back on the year and be thankful for what blessings it brought and proud to have weathered its storms. It is a day worth celebrating, and a day worth taking as much of a break as life allows. And, of course, it is the day for having fun making wishes.
One of the best gifts this week has been, of course, the surprising news that Season 6 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic will begin this month. The premiere airs on March 26th!

After work, I plan to spend the day with friends, both online and local. This evening, we plan to catch the movie Zootopia, then have a night of pizza, ice cream and fun.
Over the next week, I hope to give you new blogs, including more of Angel's Fallout 4 adventures and the second part of my musings on pony magic. 
When it comes to birthday wishes, again I do not want anything selfish, and there is little more I could wish for in a life already made so rich by the amazing fans and friends of this community. Last year, I wished that Season 5 would be one that we enjoyed and found worth the wait. And I have to say that the wish was granted beautifully. So this year, I'll make the same wish for Season 6. And beyond that, I wish us all the best possible coming year. I wish the authors, artists and others doing amazing work in the fan community continued inspiration and success. I wish to see all of you and more again this time next year.

It's been an amazing trek through the game of life. I've accomplished so much in such time. Goals were met, and things improved. Despite the occasional negativity and problems, I'd say it was a great year. So I'd like to put my two cents in to thank y'all for being an aid in my time here on this site. I am grateful.

3795541 The amount of time is a little misleading. Because I am writing Angel's Pip-Boy Diary, I regularly replay sections two or three times as I try to collect good screenshots. Likewise, I pause the game and take notes for the diary. (I've also fallen asleep at the keyboard two or three times with the game running.
)
An extraordinary amount of the time I have spent in-game has been focused on settlement building. I'm one of those fussy settlement builders who uses console commands to precisely set the placement of objects. Building a fence can easily take at least half an hour of real time. (This is getting much better with mods, but I spent hours building a fence around the Abernathy farm back in November.
)
I regularly use console commands to reset the hour in-game so that Angel isn't spending weeks at a time on settlement building -- that would make her diary boring. Besides, I don't envision her as actually doing the construction, just the planning. Of course, changing the in-game hour doesn't affect the time clocked playing by Steam, but it does mean that the number of days that Angel has been in the wasteland in-character is drastically less than the amount of time that much gameplay would generate if playing on console.

Happy late Bday,your birthday is 3 days after my best friend's so in the future that should be easier to remember. And if you don't mind, how was Zootopia?
