    How to grow your dragon

Here's how you grow a dragon in MLP:

    Step 1.
Take the baby dragon out of it's egg and raise for about a decade.

    Step 2.
Aquire the Bloodstone Scepter from the current Lord of dragons (kill only if absolutely necessary).

    Step 3.

    Sick sucks

Got hit by something yesterday, now it's a full blown cold. My whole face feels like it's burning from the inside.

I'm gonna curl up with some chicken soup now.

    So, season 6 then.

I know I don't usually write, well, anything on this site, so here's me trying to change that. Who knows, maybe I can actually do blog posts.

So, the new season 6 trailer broke. I'm sure most have already seen it, but in case you haven't, here it is:

So, season 6 then. · 11:17pm Mar 5th, 2016

I know I don't usually write, well, anything on this site, so here's me trying to change that. Who knows, maybe I can actually do blog posts.

So, the new season 6 trailer broke. I'm sure most have already seen it, but in case you haven't, here it is:

So what do you people think?

Personally, I think it looks alright, granted I'm not really ready to burst into flames of joy and tears of happiness whenever stuff breaks. I'm actually wondering some times how much of a fan I am of this show, and wether or not I actually quallify as a brony, if there is such a criteria. I've not really binged the series, and there's only a few epps I actually find I like to re-watch, so I don't really know.

But back to the present thing. I think it looks perfectly fine, though I'm not sure Flurry Heart will be able to grow on me no matter how much or how little she's actually in the premiere itself, and in future episodes.

Also, from what we see in this trailer (with the winter and all), I feel like we're going to get robbbed of a good antagonist for the premiere. Granted, we've only really had three of those kinds of premiere two-parters, and only two of the antagonists have actually been given any form of development (one, if you consider the fact that Starlight Glimmer showed up only at the start and finish of last season, and that Nightmare Moon was kind of a non-entity, but now I'm rambling).

But yeah, if the enemy this time is just really bad weather, I'm gonna be dissapointed. Granted, the people making it will probably surprise us, but if it really is just a bad storm, I'm gonna have to hope they do a re-enactment of "The shining" or something, or I'm gonna be real bummed.

But there is one thing that warms me with this, and that is that we actually get to see Celestia move her royal arse and do something, though given her performance so far, she's probably gonna get frostbite or something and be out of the game while the mane 6 fight the good fight. Oh well, there's always the movie next year.

But that's just the trailer, we also got the synopsis recently, and I feel this is worth talking about more. Note that this is copied directly from EQD.

Season 6 Episode 1 - The Crystalling Part 1

The Mane Six attend the Crystalling of Cadence and Shining Armor's new baby at the Crystal Empire; Twilight gets the chance to present Starlight with her first friendship lesson.

Season 6 Episode 2 - The Crystalling Part 2

The Mane Six scramble to save the Crystal Empire from an eternal winter; Starlight struggles after the failed reunion with her old friend.

So, Twilight takes on trying to teach Starlight Glimmer friendship...alright, hands in the air, who didn't see that one coming from a billion lightyears away? Now, I'm not gonna rant, but I felt that Starlight's whole deal was flimsy as fuck when it came to her motivation. I mean, she couldn't write? Look up an adress? Anything!?

If this little reunion the synopsis talks about turns out to be ANYTHING ELSE but an extended comedy routine where Starlight realizes she's a complete asshat, OR we find out that getting your cutie mark means you have to cut the ties with every friend you've ever made because reasons, I'm going to think about writing a strongly worded letter to the writing staff, asking them if maybe this was an INCREDIBLY weak motivation for a villian.

But aside from that, I actually like that Twilight gets to take on this kind of mentor role, though if by season's end she's the new Big Equestrian Princess that takes Celestia's spot, I'm gonna punch something. It feels like her arc is coming to a conclusion, or at least, the beginning of one. But, I could also just be talking out my finely crafted hindquarters.

So yeah, don't really have a note to end on. Looking forward to season 6 premiering later this month. Hope you all are too.

But seriously, if the big issue for the premiere is going to be bad weather, and they don't include a tornado at least, or make a reference to the second epsiode of season 2 of South Park (the one where they get snowbound and have to eat each other to stay alive), then I really hope they got something good planned for the rest of the season or I'm gonna jump out a window.
