A question for readers of The Mad Seeress of the North series

I have a question for you readers of the Mad Seeress of the North series and it involves the fate of one of the characters, but before I ask this, if you haven't read the latest chapter I added yesterday ("Narrow Escapes and Ominous Warnings") go read it or this will spoil the crap out of your reading experience.

Okay, so now that this has been sanitized for your protection, I am curious. Night Bomber has been "demoted" from leader of the pegasai squadron and may possibly never fly again thanks to King Sombra's disciplinary actions. Let's face it, he richly deserved it, but what next? I know a lot of people might expect Sombra to kill him (if the fall didn't already - I'm not telling, lol!), so if he did survive, what would you expect the King of Shadows to do with him next? It's obvious his career is over and there are fates worse than death. I'm feeling kinda bloodthirsty tonight as I contemplate his wretched fate, but what would satisfy you out there in reader land? Throw me your suggestions and if I take one and run with it, I will totally credit you for the idea!

I'm fine with him either surviving or dying, you've written Sombra in a way that either route isn't unbelievable. Night Bomber is usually the type of character who dies when working for the villain, he's shown himself to be too unstable and unpredictable to work with the plans of the evil guy and any villain worth his or her salt would get rid of him.

So far as I'm concerned, I have no preference. Either way I don't see happy times in his future and I don't need Nyx's future vision for that.
