Twilight's Guards (a.k.a. Guardians of Harmony)

I was thinking how it would be if Twilight had its own Royal Guards. as many have done, and then I overthinking very deep... Hehehe
So this is how I would do it for a fanfic (I still have no clear project). The Twilight's Guards would have Ponyville as a base. They are not only to serve and protect Princess Twilight , but also to the other Bearers. At first it would be a small squadron, formed by members of the other Royal Guards, people from other jobs like police or rescue workers and recruits. They wear purple armor, but is allowed to slightly change in concordance with comfort. Sweetie Drops and Shining Armor could be instructors for the most novice.
Later (perhaps by war or an increase in threats), Twilight should make it more specialized and bigger. Since then they will consist of 6 platoons, each led by one of the mane 6 as lieutenants and a sergeant as second in command (as none of the fillies are full-time military).
-Town Guards: dedicated to protecting Ponyville or another city in case of emergency. They have the same powers and duties as the local police. They are led by Rarity.
-Ranger Guards: unit specializing in search and capture of criminals. They are led by Applejack.
-Rescue Guards: is dedicated to providing medical care and perform rescue missions. They are led by Fluttershy.
-Air Guard: This platoon not only accepts pegasus, but anyone who can fly, either dragons, griffins or even Breezies. Rainbow should be led, but prefers to stay with Wonderbolts because she can't be lieutenant and cadet at the same time. Just take charge in emergency situations.
-Heavy Guard: This unit is responsible to face big monsters. They have catapults, cannonry, tanks, mechs and even their own monsters. however, they try to avoid the use of lethal force as possible. They are led by Pinkie Pie, but rarely takes its position seriously.
-Stealth Guard: The personal secret service of Twilight. They are responsible for obtaining information and perform black-ops missions.
In addition, there are also several independent squads that are not part of any Guard but must report to the Princesses. Among them are:
-Time Turner Inc: the Scientific Research Agency of Doctor Whooves.
-Shadow Troop: the MLP version of the Marvel's Thunderbolts. Many villains have become good guys, why not form a group with them?
This is my idea for a the Royal Guards of Princess Twilight Sparkle. I accept criticism and suggestions.
