    7 years

It's been 7 years since I've joined Fimfiction and 5 since I've written my first work, The Seal of Death. A story that has shapen a whole new group, which has created stories that I'm not completely okay with.
Since then, I mostly thought out more funny works, but sadly never managed to put them down:

    *Cricket chirp*

Ok, given the outstanding amount of votes, I've decided to post the story right away.
Hopefully to write the last chapters won't take too darn long.

    Question about FrostBound

My story of FrostBound is almost complete.
2/3 chapters + a not too long epilogue.
The question is, do you prefer to read it now that I have put down most of the story, so you can read it while I complete the last chapters?
Or do you prefer to wait a bit more so I can post the whole story and you don't have to wait?
You have until sunday to decide.

    FrostBound Update

I've tried to complete the FrostBound before May, but I doubt I will make it in time.
I want to give my readers something good and not rushed, that won't require me to edit the story dozens of time.
Now there are only two chapter and a half to do. Hopefully before late May I will complete the story.

    News, lose ends

Hi, everybody. Is been a long time since my last entry here. Time that I've spent working on my book.
It has been almost three years since I've been writing. It took time, but I actually managed to complete it!
Noir: the last Drakon is complete! Now I've just to work on fixing and improving some scenes, and then it will be just a matter to find an editor and publisher!

Hello dear readers and welcome to a new blog post. Today I want to talk about something that is not exactly a new. I guess you all remember of when I’ve made entry in which I talked about Tommy Oliver rage quitting the fandom and of how I defended his point of view against one of whom me and Arctofire saw as a great FIM analyst, Dark Qiviut, before he showed his true colors. Despite the fact that I didn’t always agreed with TO I always respected him and with his farewell to the show he had won my utter respect for having the guts to call out the fandom for how biased it was and still is, moving on into other new show.

.
Until the last few months, in which he decided to come back. At first I wasn’t that angry about and thought that maybe he just wanted to stick on the show to point out the many flaws that Season 5 had, standing out from the majority of the so called analyst who just talk about positive stuff like the drones they were. But I was wrong… so very wrong. I didn’t minded his reviews of the two episodes he did at first, but then it came the review of the CMC getting their cutie marks and he joined the majority of the droned fandom into praising the looks of the CMC cutie mark and claiming the episode to be what we all wanted (*Cough*Bullshit*Cough*). But despite utterly loathing the episode just like Arctofire I decided to not subscribe yet I’ve decided to stick with TO because at the end of the review he told that he wanted to see how the writers would have handled the CMC now. I wanted to believe that those words were part of his most true analyst side speaking and only now I realize I was just fooling myself. Then it came the Slice of Life review, which brought me back a bit of faith hearing how Tommy disliked one of my most despised episode in the whole show. AND THEN it came the Re-Cutie Mark episode, in which Tommy went fully biased drone on the episode, praising everything. Now, to be fair I’ve skipped to the end, but I could feel from the tone of his voice how he loved the episode. Unlike Arctofire who, as a true and real analyst, divided enjoyment from actual quality so that he may give a more fair rank to it, he praised every little thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he hadn’t a bit of a problem over Starlight reformation. That would have been enough for me to unsubscribe but Tommy was not done yet to kill my respect for him. He then talked about of this theory that for the FIM movie (which is coming out next year) the protagonists are going to be Sunset Shimmer (The new favorite character of MovieMaster ;) ), Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer.

I have to admit that I had that theory too in my mind. The difference between me and Tommy? Is that I thought about that idea with dread and fear, while he was so excited…
Yeah, because who cares about the rest of the mane 6, right? I mean, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash; they are just here to be cardboard copies of themselves and makes people laugh because of their antics while three Mary Sues saves the day with the power of rainbow crap, because this is what MLP FIM IS RIGHT NOW AM I FUCKING RIGHT!?!?
*Takes a deep breath* I think I have 2 theories about why this sudden change in TO thoughts:
1) He knew that FIM is still famous right now and wanted to bath in its glory a and have a lots of followers;
2) He felt threatened by all the insults and backlash of his rant and decided to correct his way

I don’t know which of the two is true. Maybe they are both wrong, maybe is a mixture of the two.
One this is certain though: Tommy Oliver is another great reviewers who has preferred to turn into a drone than speak the truth. And it is as sad as infuriating as its sounds.

Seeing this post has filled me with determinaation... the determination to obliterate drone faved episodes in my fanfics.

If anyone don't mind, I have work to do :pinkiecrazy:

3754206 You will not bring Undertale references here, good sir. :rainbowwild:

3754889 At least it's better than the bad time jokes.

YouTubers are more inclined to sell out and be drones, simply because more time and effort is put into their videos and they don't want to risk losing the subs, views, and likes.

It's the same reason why I don't make a series of YT vids critiquing the new episodes mercilessly. There's just way too much effort and time that goes into producing a video.

3762051 For not talking about the drones insulting you for your opinion and, at the same time, say that you don't respect theirs. Hypocrisy at his finest, if you ask me.
