Fallout 4's "Patch"

I hate to waste my updates on things that don't relate to my stories, so let me start off by saying that new chapters are definitely coming out tomorrow for various stories.

Now that that's out of the way, let me say one thing:

Fallout 4's latest graphics patch:

In the last few months, the game has been running fine, a few glitches here or there, nothing major to worry about.
Then the patch came out a few days ago.
My companions are merging with the floors, teleporting into walls, walking off of roofs and falling to their death/ become incapacitated instantly, enemies are merging through walls, entire cars, trees, and environmental objects are flying everywhere and exploding/ one-shotting me while I'm calmly walking by them, and floors have disappeared underneath me.

What the actual FUCK, Bethesda?!

I can't find anybody else with a similar problem (granted, I didn't try very hard).

Ah okay, now I want to play that again cause that sounds like fun to me, most of my time has been of Dark Souls 2
