I'm writing another mostly-unrelated quasi-sequel to Hot Harvest and Life after the Blitz -- It's called A Rock in a Soft Place, and it's a sweet BDSM romance story about the most chic of ponies falling in love with a total nerd. Its like the other stories in that it's a melodramatic, pornographic love story set in a Equestria of remarkable sexual permissiveness and extreme emotional realism. What happens to ponies' hearts and minds when sexuality is minimally restricted by society and fear of venereal disease and unwanted pregnancy? This is what I am to find out with these stories.
The new one has a monogamous and monosexual main character (Frazzle is a lesbian), making it, I suppose, a bit more of a typical romance than the others. The sex scenes are mostly going to be BDSM-based. BDSM isn't my usual bag of tea -- I'm a pretty simple soul -- but I think it's what Rarity would be into. The drama! The pageantry! The costumes! And it's tremendously fun to write. So. Much. Subtext. Expect some epicly long sex scenes, is all I'm saying. Also it opens up with some nice estrus-based wet and messy stuff, it you're into that.
