Got an early start on this week's chapter! Also note that I just stopped at 2,016 words to take the picture. It being the year and all. Still going to work on it some more tonight. Then I'll have writing sessions for the next two morning and the next two nights. That should give me plenty of time to finish the chapter on time and have some extra time to revise.
In other news, I kind of want to change the cover art, but I don't have any other pictures and my tablet is still 12 hours away in my other house. What do?
Also, changed the "Drama" tag to "Adventure." The "Tragedy" tag should speak about the sadder moments enough. And it's becoming more and more of an adventure. So, uh...ta-dah?
EDIT: Finishing tonight's session at 3,407 words. Pretty good, considering I still have time for four more sessions, this being the first.

I don't think the tragedy tag is really appropriate here. That is more aimed at something like the ancient Greek plays which end horribly for everyone which I doubt is your intention.
Also, tags are generally for large scale themes, not moments. Most long stories have moments that hit all the categories to some extent, but that does not make all the tags appropriate because they are not all central themes of the story.

Tragedy is defined as "...a form of drama based on human suffering that invokes an accompanying catharsis or pleasure in audiences."
I defy you to tell me that Burbank's suffering is not a central element of the story.

I changed it to Drama anyway. There's a bunch of drama in the story, even if it doesn't revolve around the tragic scene in the beginning.
