This week was great. I got a new dC/dt chapter up, another chapter is done and starting editting, and I got about 10-15 or so likes meaning I was actually pulling ahead of my desired 10:1 ratio which I know is unreasonable in the long run, but it's more encouraging than the goal of getting featured in the feature box as it's hard to say exactly how close I am to that. Then I got two more dislikes upsetting the balance again so the obvious and completely rational reaction is a slow dramatic "Nooooo!" to the heavens followed by deciding to finally get around to another set of revisions on the earlier chapters. It shouldn't get in the way of new chapters, but there are a couple things that irk me in the earlier chapters so this is as good an excuse as any.
I don't pay any attention to down-votes unless they are absurdly high. My metric is that a good story will have a 10:1 ration of views to upvotes. And you've got that, at least within the margin for error, so congratulations!
