I intend to march over to Salt Lick City. And if they do not surrender, then I intend to teach them a lesson…forcefully. And with extreme prejudice.”

Well now, this sounds like an interesting development. If I remember right, can't be another Manetown-like incident since human prescence would still be quite low, so I'm gonna guess we're finally gonna meet big internal resistance to Equestria's current westernization practices then, maybe.
Well, this looks interesting, Celestia is starting to become an authoritarian ruler, I hope Twilight, Luna and Cadance manage to keep her on check and make sure that she doesn't step out of bounds, or else the Principality of Equestria might meet an actual military uprising.
BTW this has been coming to my mind:
What is going to happen to Twilight when her friends die as well as her brother? will we start to see their descendants or we'll forget about them for now?

3736886 Personal experience, it has happened in the many dictatorships of my country, when a city, political party, group of workers, etc. decides to not accept a decision of the Dictator, he makes a total repression on them, the best examples I have are Juan Vicente Gómez who (almost literally) destroyed the caudillos (as in any General or army that tried to fight him was defeated and a few years later he would create the National Force army so there would be no more Generals with their own personal army) and used his political prisoners to create highways that are still used today.
And in the 19th Century, a year after José Tadeo Monagas became a president (1947 - 1951), he decided to execute the Congress because they didn't wanted to listen to him and then defeated and exiled many of the generals of the Conservative party (including Páez and Soublette) who tried to depose of him, starting the Monagas dynasty or Monagato since he would exchange power with his brother (1852 - 1855) and then himself again (1956 - 1958) until Julián Crespo decided to rebel and take him out of the government (if I'm not wrong, the insurrection was lead by both conservative and Liberals who were tired of him).
So yeah, that dialog sounds like an authoritarian action from a future dictator, the only difference so far is that (as I said) Twilight, Cadance and Luna may try to make sure that she doesn't fall on that pitfall, because so far, I only know of 2 good dictators, but a Dictator is still a dictator.
My only true concern is, will you give her something bizarre? here in Latin America, our dictators were so weird that they always got something that would make you laugh, in example: Vicente Gómez (1908 - 1935) would be known as Padrote or Big Father since he would date different women and have children until the age of 68 and in the end, his sons got mixed with grandchildren (there was this story that a priest would ask him to marry and he responded "if marriage is so good, then why the Pope never marry?"), and he would go to the movies like a kid to a candy store (even when he was analfabet he would get someone to read the movies for him in the theaters)
