I do apologize for not getting the next chapter of The Light of a Candle out, but I've been preparing for the upcoming move and just haven't made the time to write. I've been debating on which perspective to go with and it's been kind of annoying.
Chapter is now being beaten to death like the dead horse topics we love to argue over. Pick a topic, and I'll drag out the corpse.

3300 words so far. I haven't forgotten. There were some changes I wanted to work through for one of the characters. I was not happy with the original concept and decided to delve a bit into Greek myth for inspiration. I hope you like it when I do publish the chapter. It's not done. Yeah, but still quite an interesting story... Quite a few excellent concepts like the chief bad guy (whatever his names is, just a big black dragon mad scientist/mage is all I remember), Twilight being a bad mother (a really good one) and all the work with details of Changeling society... (while the Halfling rendition being better just a tiny bit) And the discreet human reference... If you made a rewrite, the story would be really good... And the thing with crippled Tia also good... I did like it when I read it some time ago... It wasn't that bad... At least you can see how better you got over time! Not many people like to poke in to alicorn back story stuff here... That is the other reason I like it... (and Luna of course!) Just don't be hard on yourself, like 90% of Fimfiction is junk... Millions of words just being junk... While being quite bad these 2.1 stories doesn't belong in those percents. (in my opinion of course, cause everything is relevant and all that stuff)
I remember reading the first few chapters of the Dragonking. I thought it was good. :)
