Assuming you mean off your computer (if not then just make sure you've got an image link that ends with png or jpg or something).

First you've gotta upload the picture to an image sharing site like Imgur.

Then, click... i.gyazo.com/25ce44baa34eac32c9c944fad0890262.png that, and post the link in the box that shows up.

Kinda dumb that you can't upload directly from your computer anymore, but I'm sure there's a good reason behind it.

Imgur perhaps isn't the best example, but it's what I use so ehhhh...

http://imgur.com/ it's right here. Just click Upload Image, drag you image into the box, hit Upload, and then you copy the Direct Link on the right side into the FimFic box (or type [image](image link here)[/image]. As long as the link has an image file extension (png, gif, jpg, etc) then it should work.

Yeah. There's probably a more efficient way that I have yet to find out about, but whatever.
