In all seriousness, from what I've seen in other writers regarding this, its the same effect as porn. Watch enough of it and sooner you'll be drawn deeper into more fucked up fetishes to make up that same rush again and again. Whether or not you actually find that shit a turn on or attractive is besides the matter, it sometimes gets to the point that the taboo of it alone can be enough. No reason why writing it and reading it wouldn't have the same effect.

Not everybody has the same reactions but if you've been reading a lot of clop lately (including the shit that regularly gets FP) then you're inclination to read or even write more of the same is not much of a surprise.
