Pokemon Can Get REALLY Dark Sometimes.

If you look at Ghetsis' pokemon line up in B/W 1 his team is almost completely counters N's. Seismitoad and Hydreigon counter both Reshiram and Zekrom, and Bisharp almost counters everything else. Even then his Hydreigon would counter anything if his others happened to faint. Ghetsis has the perfect team line up to completely obliterate N.

Seismitoad - Zekrom, Reshiram, Carracosta, Archeops, Klinklang, Zoroark
Bisharp - Zekrom, Carracosta, Vanilluxe, Archeops, Klinklang
Eelektross - Carracosta, Archeops, Klinklang, Vanilluxe
Hydreigon - N's whole team can potentially be one shotted by this thing
