One year ago, I published FimFic Authors are in Your Bed, much to the consternation of FimFiction. This was the response:
Now this ends up setting the tone for 2015 for all of us.
Well, I've done it again! And it's all ocalhoun's fault.
For starters, he wrote the original story that the parody was based off of. So that's one strike.
He said he was thinking about submitting a chapter. That's two strikes, 'cause he's contributing to the madness.
Then he didn't. But . . . he started a contest to have fimfic writers at large write a sequel to one of his stories. You can see where this is going.
Well, what could I do? Everything came together so neatly . . . the stars were in perfect alignment, and to add to the tragic comedy which is X is in Your Bed, I could win a prize for this abomination! Hopefully my prize is a few sessions of psychotherapy.
Strangely enough, his story had the random tag, but I didn't think mine deserved it. Take that as you will.
Not much in the way of facts here. Horses are pretty gassy, in case you weren't aware of that. Being kicked isn't the only thing you have to worry about when you get behind one. Actually, that's one of they reasons they're fairly decent swimmers—they float really well.
I assume Strawberry Fanta really exists. It was in the original story, so I'm stuck with it. I've never had it. I'm not sure you can even buy it in Michigan. I'd assume it's basically the same as Faygo Red Pop.

Another fun off-topic fact: when I worked as a janator at Meijer, on my first day of training I was shown The Red Pop Stain. There was a rack of clothing over it, since nothing else could be done about it. Whoever was running the carpet machine would make a pass over that stain whenever he had free time, but it never faded.
I expect that this story might spend a little while in moderation. I can only assume that the story approvers will take one look at the title, die a little bit inside, and then pass it off to the next poor bastard to deal with.
In summary, I want to reiterate that this is all ocalhoun's fault. He dangled the perfect prompt in front of me, and I couldn't help but take it.

I LOVE Faygo. The only good thing to come out of ICP was ICP's love of it.
For some reason I'm addicted to the bizarre taste of Raspberry Blueberry. It reminds me so much of Nuka Cola Quantum that I just call it "Strontium-90."
But Red Pop and Root Beer are also delicious.
