SuperPinkBrony12

I'm a brony and a Pinkie Pie fan but I like all of the mane six, as well as Spike. I hope to provide some entertaining and interesting fanfics for the Brony community.

    Happy Birthday, Kelly Sheridan

Today is Kelly Sheridan's birthday. She is the talented woman who voiced Starlight Glimmer from Seasons 5 through 9, and was also the voice of characters such as Sassy Saddles, Misty Fly, and Vapor Trail's mother. She has also been the voice of Barbie in several direct to home media movies, Scarlet Witch in X-Men: Evolution, and many other roles.

    Episode Re-Review: Non-Compete Clause

Well, the next several episodes to be re-reviewed are going to be tough to get through, many of them contain some of Season 8's worst missteps or otherwise blunders. But I gotta get through them. This episode marked the debut of yet another new writer in the form of Kim Beyer-Johnson, who among her previous writing credits wrote for Transformers: Rescue Bots, which aired on The Hub and

    Episode Re-Review: Horse Play

Season 8 finally had an episode that made use of its changes to the status quo with "Surf and/or Turf", which many said was FiM tackling the trickly subject of divorce (though I personally don't see it). However, the episode also felt at times like it was more of a belated commercial for the 2017 movie rather than an actual episode, and the School of Friendship itself was only sort of relevant to

    Episode Re-Review: Grannies Gone Wild

Well, Tell Your Tale finally decided to try to do something interesting, because the last episode showed Sunny's mom in a flashback. But they didn't even give her a name, let alone elaborate on what happened to her. And given the way Tell Your Tale progresses, I'm not expecting any follow-up anytime soon. Getting back to G4, Season 8 hit its first stumbling block only four episodes in, and the

Episode Re-Review: Fake It 'Til You Make It

Oh joy, it's back to Season 8. Season 9 has its fair share of detractors, but hardly anyone I know ever sings Season 8's praises, and for good reason. We now know that the School of Friendship was added at Hasbro's request because they wanted the show to wrap up with nine seasons, forcing the writers to change their plans for the pillars. About the only good thing to come out of Season 8 seems to

2015: The Year In Perspective · 6:50am Jan 1st, 2016

2015 was quite a year, we got Season 5, the 100th episode, the CMC getting their cutie marks, Friendship Games, and so many other events that would take too long to mention all at once.

But what was the year of 2015 like for me? Well, let's take a look back and see.

January
I complete the last of the comic reviews from Christmas of 2014, with Main Series #24 and #25. My first fanfic of the new year is "Cooking Up Trouble" based on the episode "Eggheads" from the Sonic Boom cartoon. TheCrystalKing provides me with coverart for "My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic: Stallion Edition", and during this month I also publish "Tales From The Stallion Six" which ultimately becomes the only other stallion six work towards the end of the year. I begin my second to last term of Schoolcraft Community College.

Feburary
My first new padded pony fic of the year is scrapped following negative critical reception. Meanwhile, I release "Batmare Triumphant", a sequel to "Batmare: Birth of The Dark Knight" and update it a few times throughout the month. Towards the end of the month, The Leaping Equine provides me with coverart for "Fun With A Foalsitter". During this month, I hit 300 followers.

March
A sequel to "Button Baby" by another author is scrapped following negative criticial reception, while "Batmare Triumphant" is placed on hold when the announcement of the Season 5 airdate comes around. This leads to "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic What If?: Volume 2". The first two chapters are released throughout the month.

April
I celebrate three years on FimFiction and review the first few episodes of Season 5, despite a DDOS attack on the site the day before "Bloom and Gloom" airs. I continue to work on "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic What If?: Volume 2", publishing several more chapters by the time my winter 2015 semester wraps up, and I begin looking for a job.

May
More reviews come out, and I manage to complete work on "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic What If?: Volume 2" and "Batmanre Triumphant", then set to work on what ultimately will become "Act The Foal, Become The Foal". During this faithful month, I land a part time job at Logan's Roadhouse, working as a busboy. During this month, I obtain a DeviantArt account.

June
"Act The Foal, Become The Foal" is released, but chapters 2 and 3 are delayed while I search in vain for an editor. In the meantime, I review more episodes of Season 5, including the 100th episode! I also begin to contribute to a collab in another group, a writing endevaor that has yet to wrap up.

July
Ultimately, "Act The Foal, Become The Foal" wraps up for the time being after I fail to find an ediior. I review more episodes of the show, but my sequel to "Pinkie Pie: The Amazing Spidermare" is scrapped after an overwhelmingly negative reception. My only other fanfic for the month is another installment of The Stallion Six verse, which is ultimately consolidated into one fanfic later on in the year. During this month, I see "Inside Out", and my faith in Pixar is restored for the time being.

August
I go to Kings Island, where I obtain a Pinkie Pie plushie that I continue to sleep with to this day. I celebrate my 21st birthday (still have to yet consume any alcoholic beverages besides communial wine), and obtain a few more comics which I review towards the end of the month. Work begins on a collab for the "Motherhood is Magic" group, which is published towards the end of the month. My family goes on a vacation to Cleveland, Ohio to visit The Rock 'n Roll Fame and The Pro Football Hall of Fame, but my father's illness causes the trip to be cut short.

September
My final semester at Schoolcraft Community College begins, and as Season 5 resumes I review the episodes again. "The Magic of Motherhood (Motherhood is Magical Collab)" recieves only a few participants, and ultimately is tagged completed due to a lack of interest. I then publish "Dragon of Steel" which ponyfies Superman with Spike as the tiltular superhero, but it is soon placed on hold while I publish a bonus chapter of "Act The Foal, Become The Foal" after getting an idea from a fanfic from Matt11. I manage to also review "Friendship Games", when it airs. My most active month on the site.

October
After reviewing "Brotherhooves Social", I set to work on a fanfic that serves as a tribute to Matt11. "Restoring A Lost Bond" comes out shortly after my review of what becomes my new favorite episode "Crusaders of The Lost Mark". Then, I get back to work on "Dragon of Steel" and complete it about a week before Halloween, while the episode reviews continue uninterrupted.

November
My final two fanfics for the year, "Pinkie Stealth Pie In, The Mare From C.A.K.E" and "A Padded Day" are published. Despite the terrorist attacks by ISIS in Paris, episode reviews continue as scheduled through the season finale. Just after Thanksgiving, I am forced to consolidate all my main series Stallion Six fics into one, including a few chapters focused on "A Cantelort Wedding". Despite this setback, work continues on the fic after Thanksgiving with little trouble. The rest of the Season 5 episodes are reviewed, and I begin a daily stream of blog posts exploring various aspects of the show after Season 5, creating a blog post a day until the new year.

December
"My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic: Stallion Edition" reaches the end of the "A Canterlot Wedding" chapters, and is placed on hiatus with the promise of the "Crystal Empire" chapters in January of 2016. I finish out my final semester of Schoolcraft Community College, and prepare to transfer to Eastern Michigan University in 2016. I go to see "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" and enjoy it. For Christmas, I obtain a few comics, and review them. But the fanfic I hoped to publish before the year's end slips into 2016 while I await feedback from my proofreader. Just before Christmas, my father's dad gets really sick and has to be hospitalized, where he stays through the new year with no signs of getting out anytime soon. My least active month on the site.

And there you have it.
