First off I would just like to express my- OH WHAT THE HAY I WAS PRACTICALLY SQUEEING WITH THIS RECEPTION! Thank you all so very much, both for the comments and the favorites! I really didn't expected THAT good of a rating! xD
With that out of the way, I want to ask for the opinion of any readers on something. As you know, Zelda has a big component on side quests, and Majora's Mask is primarily known and well-accomplished because of that feature.
Now, A Link to Equestria has at least two different lines of events occurring in parallel (by which I mean with different sets of characters, or in this case, the Mane 6/Link and an upcoming CMC line). I've been arguing with myself about whether or not I should put the chapters related to the CMC side in A Link to Equestria itself, or if I should just use it as another story that crosses with this one.
tl;dr I'm wondering if said side story related to the CMC's should be a different story or if it's chapters should be included in LtE. Bear in mind I'm only asking because this side story isn't necessarily only a couple of chapters.

I'd say keep them in the same story.
I've seen similar done as a second story. Mostly it is done as a break after the main story, but it also can be used to expand on ideas that you didn't have time to implement.

295693 I'd say this one is a bit of a mix of both, seeing as the events that occur in the side story influence the main story too. I'll prolly stick to the same story for the chapters though. Thank you, regardless!

Keep both storylines within the same story. Don't want there to be any confusion.
keep em in the same but maybe mark them if they are not too plot relevant.
If the events that occur in the CMC will affect the main story, have them occur within. Same goes for if it will have separate chapters, rather than occurring within chapters. The reason I say this is because it might make it a tad confusing since the CMC hasn't really been mentioned. Maybe you can make reference to the events done by the CMC and have a link to the CMC side story within the story. I dunno, do what you do, great work anyways.

Well, I'm asking this very much in advance, since I wanted to know more or less better what the best way to do this would be. Regardless, they haven't had much attention yet. If I do include the chapters in the same story, any story pertaining to them would be posted as a chapter marked with something like SQ or [Side], you know xD
