So Age of the Pony is coming around and I'm curious about a couple of things. This is mostly a survey to see what you guys think should be the continuity of the series.
1. Who should represent the Warden's party in this Fan fiction
2. Who was the warden and what was he like?
3. Who what major decisions did he make along the way?
4. What was the ultimate fate of him and his party?
This is mostly just to see what you guys would like as the backstory of this fiction. I just want to hear from you guys before we proceed with the story. Keep in mind that the mane six is off limits as far as warden party members are concerned. All of the mane six will be present in Ebony's party. I'm just curious really as to what you guys think. Also here's another video for you guys!

1. The Warden's party will play a minimal role, so you might as well just use the original character names (Alistair, Leliana, etc).
2. Who was the Warden? Nopony knows for sure. However, there are rumors that he was a noble, once. Earth pony, to boot. Either way, everypony knows how kind and loyal he was.
3. Although some may call it weakness, the Warden's morality code kept him from making greedy, revengeful options. While that still didn't make him stop Loghain's execution for crimes against the crown, he was never afraid to help others in any way he could, even if it meant fighting a platoon of bandits or a High Dragon.
4. Unfortunately, as good and noble as he was, the Warden was still afraid of death. Of leaving those he cared for behind. He accepted the witch's offer, sealing the Archdemon's soul into their unborn foal, a foal that he would never hear of again (OR WOULD HE?) While alive, he helped the royal princesses back into power*.
*We still don't know where Celestia is, so I can't really say who ended up getting the throne, etc...
Well, that's just my opinion, really. Maybe the Warden was a douchebag, who knows?
Also, not to sound like a complete tard/fanboy, but will we see some of DA2's characters? Will they all be replaced by known ponies, or are we going to get them as extra companions showing up?
Like, Ebony and Twilight meet a unicorn Hawke on the docks, or something, y'know?
294056I hate to burst your bubble dude but The characters from DA2 are all going to have at least some form of a pony/donkey/griffon counterpart. You'll see some characters that are the same as they were in DA2 but are given pony esk names to fit with the theme here. For example Meredith is known as Merethorn here. Most of the known ponies will fit roles I think they'd best fit. For example Derpy is filling in for Sandal. I'll consider keeping the party from Origins largely intact but again under different names so as to fit the theme here. Thanks for your opinion

Anyway, nice idea to have Derpy as Sandal! Also, "Merethorn"? Come on, how did you resist not making her name, "Maredith"?
...Though, "Merethorn" does bring a gryphon-ish vibe... are the Templars gryphons? Actually, don't answer that, it's just a small speculation. I suppose I'll see it later, huh?
