Chapter 19: Love Will Find A Way & Chapter 20: We Are One
Three more chapters after this good I'm starting to loss it. Sorry there's only so much I can say. But fun fact, did you know the there are rules that was made in the beginning of time. Of course you all knew but did you know that one of them states that and I quote "To Never Like A Disney Squeal"
Well it feels like that is true in two parts one the films and now the author. I don't want to be mean on Disney I bet she's a really nice person but it just to easy she keeps on making the same mistakes over and over. It like an rollercoaster and your going up hill, why up hill because going down the fun part. There's a great Act One but terrible Act Two it almost seems rushed at points.
In this Chapter Love Will Find a Way it just oh Screwball mad for good reasons mind you but one song later is now fine and the two are an item. What did I miss? The romance seems rushed because we didn't get enough Mothball and Screwball I get not wanting to be like the first story but a little more would have been nice.
Show why Screwball really mad, show more of Mothball and Screwball hanging out and being friends before the oh now I love you. Mothball is a good character and he has a good story but it not here, Mothball and The Changeling maybe the only good thing about this story and just because there is really nothing else to draw you in.
Maybe that why everyone loves Mothball but what does make him better then the likes of for stake of having a easy time I'm going to say Robin. Now thinking about it she and Mothball don't have that much apart from each other beside Robin more fun to read. I wonder why I think that? But it true if Disney was going to post a bonus chapter on Daughter of Discord just being Mothball Dialogue alone it won't be fun and it would be boring Robin well.
She's broken, she doesn't make any sense and you may think oh it because you made her and that why you like her. Well maybe but I don't really go back to read my work when it on FIMFic but Robin's Dialogue. I laugh every time I read it, maybe it because I made her but if I didn't and all the lines are the same I think I would still have a great time by reading it.
But that does raise that question more why does people like Mothball more then other o.c's this is a question that could be answer if I could be bothered.
Next chapter We Are One.
Screwball and Mothball was made for each other which seem like lazy writing but it true love. But I think this could have work better if this story was pure Mothball and Screwball in the first act so it doesn't seem rushed.
As I said The Changelings are pretty smart and good villains there are a lot of things to work off of and Daughter of Discord does pull it off to a point but this story feels unfinished in both Changelings and the story part maybe that why there's a another story called Son-In Law of Discord oh yeah that the name of the story don't worry I'll get to that one. But I think those two stories can only be understand by reading both of them but I haven't read the third one yet so yeah.
Now the main problem with this chapter is that well when Mothball and Screwball shared a bed together they didn't do anything in that bed. Well on Sunday because I'm busy for the next two days so up next is Armageddon an 7000 word chapter oh this is going to take forever.
