Haven't watched it yet, but I will bring up the classic rule of 2.

The Clone Wars TV show broke it with at least 4 Sith running around at any given time, the show Star Wars Rebels broke it with Vader having an entire order of dark side force users at his command, and the Emperor himself broke it when he started training Darth Maul before he killed Darth Plagueis.
Point is there is evidence that the Sith bend The Rule of 2 all the time.
