Jokes aside - you want an OC or Ponysona? I can throw some advice but that needs to be specyfied. In the case of a 'sona you have to make a voyage inside of yourself to find something there (I advise some hindi works treating abaut this subject, they like to drill the topic), while for an OC you need to find an extremistic theme (not extreme - characteristic) and build the whole personality over it.
Um, I'd be inclined to help you if my inner Grammar Nazi wasn't busy screeching like a banshee. Please learn how to spell—or, if you're dyslexic, get a spell-checker or have someone look over your blogs, stories, and such and polish them up per said someone's instructions.
